This is a micro lot of strictly high grown (SHG) Columbia el Tiple. This great coffee continues the tradition of great high-grown Columbian coffees. Grown between 5,500 and 6,500 feet in elevation and between 3 and 4 degrees North of the Equator, this coffee is flooded with sun and rain as it thrives in rich soil. In this sweet cup we taste milk chocolate, nuts, citrus, and dried fruit. We prefer pour over for this excellent coffee but it will brew well with all brew methods.
