This is the second great Ethiopian coffee we have in stock right now. This natural processed Sidamo Aroresa (“a-ro-res-a”)is loaded with chocolate covered strawberries, citrus, plum, and spices. The light roast is bright with strawberries and and moderate acidity. The medium and espresso roasts have creamy body and fruity sweetness. The espresso profile runs on the dark side and delivers a great complex cup leading sweet chocolate, nuts, and stone fruit. It finishes with dark chocolate, dried fruit and caramel.
This coffee is grown between 1,600 and 1,800 meters. It's natural process and sun-bed drying results in more pulp adhering to seed (bean). That results in more fruitiness in the cup.
